Cost Plus Pools

Cost Plus pricing is pool building made simple. In each phase of construction, all builders have standard hard costs. Typically, when the actual costs come in less than the estimate, other builders add that savings to their profit margin.  With Pacifica Pools Cost Plus pricing, if the actual costs come in less than the estimate, then you receive the savings.  You only pay the actual cost for each phase of your project.

We will not exceed the estimate provided for your project unless there is a hard dig or changes are made by you from the original estimate.  No tricks or gimmicks.  How do we make our money?  We charge a flat 35% of the hard cost.  (Minimums apply on small jobs.)

Our estimates are lower because we do not "markup" the costs.  We do not cut corners.  We use the same or better equipment and materials than the other builders.  We recommend you get estimates from other builders and then let us design and estimate.  We will show you "apples to apples" the costs between our estimate and the competition and we will beat them... every time.  Why?  We don't hide anything.

Will we be in business long?  Yes!  We have been in business since 1999.  We have a low overhead that keeps us running smoothly and allows us to stay in business no matter what the economy is doing.
